Local Market Finder ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect
- Location data: Your device location is used to show nearby markets on the map and to send timely market opening alerts. Location is not stored on our servers.
- Anonymous user ID: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to assign a unique anonymous ID to each user. No name, email, or personal details are required.
- Comments and reactions: Any comments or emoji reactions you submit are stored in our database and associated with your anonymous user ID.
- Saved markets: Markets you save are stored and linked to your anonymous user ID.
- Push notification token: If you enable alerts, your device's FCM token is stored to deliver notifications. It is linked to your anonymous user ID only.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To display markets near your location on the map
- To send push notifications about saved markets opening
- To show your past comments and reactions in the My screen
- To maintain your saved markets list across sessions

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

Comments and reactions are stored until you delete them or request account deletion.
Anonymous user accounts and associated data can be deleted upon request.
5. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via the feedback link in the app
or by opening an issue on our
GitHub repository.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance
of the updated policy.
